THE VISION . . . . . .

I see a place where the unique, hidden, or suppressed talents of Christians may be discovered, and
displayed to the glory of God. . . .

I see a place in which the arts both Performing and Fine Arts may be shared with a special emphasis
on their relationship to the “Gospel of Jesus Christ” . . . .

I see a place where Christian artists can develop their talents according to Christian
principles and values . . .

I see a place where God can be glorified by the use of every gift and talent He’s given to man. . .

And the place I see is . . . . .

“THE CENTER FOR THE GOSPEL ARTS”

The Raise Vision

Since its inception, Raise Productions has always had the vision of developing a “Center for the Gospel Arts,” where gospel music and art can be preserved and perpetuated and from which the gospel arts can be promoted. The long-term vision is to establish an accredited educational and performing arts complex to be solely devoted to teaching African-American gospel music, ministry, and the gospel arts. Ultimately, our goal is to serve our local community and the nation and the world through our educational programs, teaching materials, support services, performing ensembles, and other ministries. Therefore, we will work toward the development of pedagogy, scholarly research, and academic texts to be used to teach the gospel arts in academic settings throughout the world.

Over the past years, Raise has developed strategic alliances and partnerships with colleges, universities, seminaries, churches, and arts organizations across the country to help bring forth its vision for gospel arts education.  As a result, Raise offers its unique gospel arts programs in Columbus, Ohio, and various locations throughout the nation. So begin to look out for new gospel arts programming!
